APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR, JOINT VENTURE OR CONSORTIUM FOR DECOMMISSIONING OF EXISTING THIRTEEN LIFTS, DESIGN NEW LIFTS, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THIRTEEN LIFTS.
